Why?

We lease a special software package from the U.S. Post Office that reads the addresses and assigns each a barcode. This software also removes all the addresses it recognizes as undeliverable so that you don't pay postage for cards that will inevitably be returned because of a bad address. The Post Office gives a discount because they are automated now and prefer to have machines read the barcodes instead of having people read the addresses. So in the end, the money you save on postage, will in most cases, just about cover the cost to have us address and mail your printed piece.






Submitting your own list?

Please try to send it in one of the following formats:
Excel - Please make sure each field is in its own column. Example - Company, contact, street, suite, city, etc..
Comma Delimited
Tab Delimited

If you do not know how to export your list from your software call us and perhaps we can walk you through it. We'll do our best! We do appreciate your questions and welcome them.
